One-to-one coaching has many advantages. We know from experience that archers benefit greatly from working closely with a mentor who can pinpoint areas for improvement and set out a clear working plan to achieve the archer's goals over an agreed period of time. This is true for all archers, no matter what the level.

Our performance coaching team is led by Kevin Varney – Surrey Coach of the Year 2019 – and Steve Patterson, Surrey County Coach and Lead Coach at Royal Richmond Archery Club.
